WATER TREATMENT PLANT
At raindrops we research, design, and construct all Water and Waste Water Treatment Plants like Media filters, Activated Carbon filters, RO plants, Softening plants, DM plants, UV Water Purification Systems, and Ultrafiltration.
REVERSE OSMOSIS PLANT
Reverse Osmosis (RO) is a membrane-technology filtration method that removes many types of large molecules and ions from solutions by applying pressure to the solution when it is on one side of a selective membrane. The result is that the solute is retained on the pressurized side of the membrane and the pure solvent is allowed to pass to the other side. To be “selective,” this membrane should not allow large molecules or ions through the pores (holes) but should allow smaller components of the solution (such as the solvent) to pass freely.
We offer the RO Plant – 250 LPH, 500 LPH, 1000 LPH, 1500 LPH, 2000 LPH, 3000 LPH, 5000 LPH, 10000, 20000 LPH, and more capacity as required.
WATER SOFTENING PLANT
Water is considered ‘hard’ when it has excessive levels of calcium and magnesium dissolved in it. Hard water can lead to the following water problems:
- Scale build-up in pipes, resulting in decreased flow rates.
- Scale build-up on heating and cooling systems, leading to increased electricity costs and breakdowns.
- White film on glass surfaces and staining on water taps
- Increased laundry costs due to hard water reacting with soap and laundry detergents
DM PLANT
Regeneration requires after using total exchange capacity.
